Bands That Brew: Fairfax AK

Bands That Brew is a monthly event featuring recurring guest spots of local bands collaborating with Day Block’s in-house brewing team to create one-of-a-kind beers, which radiate the band’s personal flair.

December’s feature band, Fairfax AK, will perform an evening of live music and celebrate the release of their Day Block beer on Friday December 18th.

Fairfax, AK Oatmeal Stout

5% ABV // 31 IBU // Batch 125

The 9th installment in our Bands That Brew series, this traditional stout had a serendipitous beginning. Brewed with malted and flaked oats as well as a touch of milk sugar for added body and sweetness and served on nitro, this stout is beyond smooth, just like the band it was brewed with.
