Up and Out: Upper-Midwest Youth Queer Film Festival is a showcase and celebration of young filmmakers who identify as LGBTQIA+. The festival provides an inclusive and empowering platform for young LGBTQIA+ artists to express themselves while networking and learning more about art and social change.
