T. Perry Bowers, who is a local musician and studio/rehearsal space owner, is producing a new show called American Studio that highlights local music talent.
Musical talent in the Twin Cities area are put to the test when given 24 hours to write and record a song and video with nothing but their gumption for fuel. But unlike most modernized music TV shows, these artists must find their rhythm on their own, without production mentorship.
American Studio is a local and independently produced television series that launches its pilot episode on The CW23 Twin Cities, May 30th, 2015 at midnight. Six intense episodes will spotlight the Twin Cities music scene while highlighting what goes on behind closed doors of the studio.
