This past weekend Kid Dakota re-released their seminal debut record “So Pretty” and was announced as the special guest joining Murf, Lunch Duchess and The Great Went at this month’s Back to the City Showcase at Mortimer’s Bar on Thursday 5/31. In advance of that show here is a series of interviews that frontman Darren Jackson recently band’s excellent new record “Denervation,” including also three in-studio performances of songs from that new LP recorded, mixed and mastered at the Minnehaha Recording Company.

It’s the 8th Annual Dosh & Friends show. Walk in music will be provided by The Mighty Guitarkestra of Minneapolis: James Everest, Jim Anton, Darren Jackson, Lonesome Jim, Mark Erickson, Ben Durrant, COMO, Tom Reichert and Don House. Ambience begins as doors open at 7:00 pm.
