Local sketch comics Joey Hamburger and Drew Janda will be emceeing throughout the day.
Music, arts, and crafts will be available for children from 12-2pm, and HWY North will be hosting a sidewalk art fair featuring regional artists. A silent auction will be held inside Groundswell to benefit the Galtier Elementary School.
The festival also aims to set the stage (no pun intended) for a music series at Groundswell that will run throughout the fall that will also highlight pop, folk, and jazz groups in the cities. Handcrafted food, beer, and coffee combine with music, community, and art to create an all day celebration of the creative culture in the Twin Cities.
